The Cotton and Cashew Council (CCA) organized a workshop with the technical and financial partners of the implementation of the development activities of the cashew nut sector in Côte d'Ivoire. This meeting took place on Thursday 26 January 2023 in Abidjan at the Plam Club.

There was talk of setting up a framework of dialogue and collaboration in order to develop the necessary synergies between the various actors intervening in the cashew nut sector

The objective of this workshop was to identify the projects and interventions of the different partners of the cashew nut sector in Côte d'Ivoire, to elaborate and update the directory of projects and to ensure the follow-up, and to reinforce the collaboration between the different actors (national and international institutions, public sector, private sector, civil society) intervening in the cashew nut sector.

GIZ/MOVE as a partner was invited to this meeting and had the opportunity to present its objectives, its different activities as well as the results obtained and expected in Côte d'Ivoire and the other countries of MOVE interventions.
